Abstract
The landscape of cardiovascular diseases treatment has undergone remarkable changes in recent decades, driven by advancements in technology, pharmacology, and our understanding of disease mechanisms. Invasive procedures have significantly improved outcomes for patients with both acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, while pharmacological treatments have evolved to offer new strategies for managing cardiovascular risk and disease progression. This thesis aims to provide novel insights into the evolving landscape of diagnosis, as well as invasive and pharmacological interventions for cardiovascular diseases, addressing these gaps and exploring innovative approaches to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
