Abstract
The rapid advancement of emerging technologies has unlocked unprecedented opportunities to address global challenges, such as climate change, resource depletion, and social inequities. Among these technologies, blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) have emerged as pivotal tools reshaping economics, governance, and sustainability practices. Blockchain, with its decentralized and secure structure, has proven effective in enhancing transparency, accountability, and trust across various sectors. Simultaneously, AI, particularly large language models (LLMs) and machine learning frameworks, has revolutionized data analysis, pattern recognition, and decision-making processes, allowing organizations to navigate complex economic landscapes with greater precision and efficiency. While significant progress has been made in the development and application of these technologies, gaps remain in understanding their full potential to foster sustainability, inclusivity, and ethical governance. By interweaving these themes across three chapters, the work highlights the synergies, challenges, and innovative potential of these technologies to build a more equitable, transparent, and sustainable global economy.
