Abstract
This thesis presents the development of advanced shared control methods for remote teleoperation of robotic systems. The proposed methods aim at enhancing the interaction between the human operator and the semi-autonomous robotic system with the ultimate goal of making it safer, more efficient and
comfortable for the user.
