Collection description
This study aims to investigate the role of social robots on vulnerable actors' well-being. An action research approach has been implemented by adopting Hiro, a Japanese social robot, in two research pilots conducted in Italy. The results reveal that social robots affect actors' well-being at three levels, namely, psychological, physical, and social. These findings promote a framework on multidimensional well-being.
