Abstract
Investigation about the advantages of the microwave curing process of epoxy resins.
The reaction kinetic and the thermo-mechanical and spectroscopic properties of the epoxy systems microwave polymerized have been compared with those of samples conventionally cured.
The specific microwave effect has also been studied.
Finally the possible microwave heatability of non polar polymers, through incorporation of suitable sensitizers, has also been investigated.
