Collection description
This research is included in wider field of synthesis and characterization of polymeric biomaterials for pharmaceutical applications. In particular, has been developed a general synthetic strategy based on click chemistry suitable for a very large molecular weight range: from 1000 to 200000 dalton. The main advantages of this strategy is to be found in the simplicity of the characterization of synthetic intermediates, essentially 1H-NMR and FT-IR, and the possibility to make useful as point of couplig any functional group generally present in polymers such as –OH, - NH2 or -COOH
